Please do not send returns to the address above. To inquire about returns, contact the retailer from which you purchased the product. If that doesn't work out, you can write to us at ATTN Returns explaining your problem, and if it is within reason we will do our best to help you out.
Do you sell product on-line?
Not at all-- we support our retailers 100%. If you are having trouble finding Lakai products in your area, double check our shop locator or visit the “Buy Online” section for a list of our retailers that do sell Lakai product online.
I have a shop, and I want to carry Lakai, what do I need to do?
Call our sales department at 310-715-8300, let them know the city and state of your shop and they will provide you with our sales representative in your area for you to call. The sales rep will stop by and meet with you to see your store and discuss the possibility of you becoming a LAKAI dealer.
What is your warranty policy?
LAKAI will guarantee all of its products from any manufacturing defects. However, consumers must realize LAKAI products are designed and developed specifically for skateboarding, and therefore, LAKAI can not guarantee against the normal wear and tear of daily use.
How can I get sponsored by Lakai?
Ride a skateboard, have fun doing it and most importantly learn cringles and reverse pringles down massive gaps and rails--- once you have met these requirements, our talent scouts will contact us and we'll be looking for you. Really though, concentrate on the first two and if it’s meant to be, it will come to you.
Can I have some stickers and posters?
This should be the only frequently asked question-- we do our best to accommodate your requests, but since everyone is looking for a handout these days, not everyone gets one. Improve your chances by sending us something that shows your genuine interest in Lakai--- a little effort will get you way more than “Gimme”.
