Amazing Service

The gloves were awesome, they were a gift for my husband.
I'm happy with the shoes. I think you changed your manufacturer bec the size were a bit narrow.
I had to try my friend's shoes which was 1 size up but they ran a bit large large.

Your support has been amazing. I had a problem with the address at first and i had to deal with 2 individuals who was not attentive in changing the address before it was sent out, i had to wait for the item to be returned and it was the holidays. The manager made sure that since the first order is already returning to you guys - he sent out a new one. He was quick and efficient.

Never been happy with the service. We love Lakai more!
